SCUBA Diving

I started this drawing whilst on holiday in Turkey.  Therefore it has smashed the previous record set by "The Hufflepuff Trio" (which was 10 months) as this took a year and 2 months for completion.  To be honest, I never thought I was going to finish the damn thing :-) I'm glad I did though - coz this is faboo! The story behind it is that when we were in Turkey me and my family went SCUBA diving; we had to wear a ridiculous amount of gear to go under the water and I just had this idea that if a mermaid saw us, she'd laugh her head off coz she'd be swimming round naked no trouble.  As it turned out, she's not naked as I decided that was boring, but really it's turned out a lot better than I thought it would :-)
